Course Maps

Whether you’re taking on the new Half Marathon, chasing a PB in the 10km or 5km, or enjoying the 2km Dash, the Beachside Dash courses take in the scenic foreshore around Dolls Point and beyond. Explore the course maps below so you know exactly where you’ll be running or walking on race day.

Half Marathon course

In 2026, the Beachside Dash is launching its very first 21.1km Half Marathon starting from Dolls Point.

This certified course will connect the St George area to the Sutherland Shire, with runners crossing the iconic Captain Cook Bridge and turning around at Ocean Protect Stadium (Shark Park).

10km, 5km, 2km course

The 10km5km and 2km events will remain on the same course as the past few years, which allows runners and walkers to stay on the foot path for the entire race (which makes it ideal for setting a personal best time). The only exception is the beginning of the course, which starts on grass.

The course follows the beautiful beachside path from Depena Reserve in Dolls Point, to Monterey and back.

All courses will be signposted, with marshals positioned along each course to assist with the shared paths (please note the course is not private or enclosed).

Water will be available along the half marathon, 10km and 5km courses, as well as at the finish line.
